Summary:

Summary:
- Although production was performed in great time, we had quite a number of defective products that cost us money.
- Several products had small pieces of foods in the wraps.
- Sliced white bread was packaged wrongly. The tomatoes were placed on the bread directly which would cause the bread to become soft within a few days.
- Although the packaging is pretty firm, the front appearance of the products need to return to the original look.
- There wasn’t enough meat in chicken.
- All tomatoes were not prepared
- Floor was mopped but not properly swept
We have to go back to basics and improve products look.
