Non-Disclosure Agreement
This Non-Disclosure Agreement is made between Potential Employee and GrabNGo Brands, Inc. is a startup company with its main location in 6355 Jimmy Carter Blvd. Norcross GA 30071. For the sake of securing A Potential Employee for its operations, GrabNGo Brands, Inc. is making certain information known to Potential Employee(s). Pertinent among this information is the synopsis of the unpublished processes of manufacturing, packaging, and selling our products – provided as trade secret (hereinafter the ‘protected information’).
Whereas GrabNGo Brands, Inc. is disclosing the ‘protected information’ to Potential Employee, for the purpose of employment with GrabNGo Brands, Inc., Potential Employee promises as follows:
- To not disclose the ‘protected information’ to any third party until such information is made public in patent publications;
- To not disclose trade secret aspects of the ‘protected information’ until GrabNGo Brands, Inc. declares, in writing, that the protected information is no longer a trade secret and is no longer subject to this Non-Disclosure Agreement;
- To be liable for legal costs if a court, with proper jurisdiction, finds liability for the disclosure of the ‘protected information’;
- That disclosure of the protected information will cause irreparable harm to GrabNGo Brands, Inc.
